Base Salary
$168k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality video, audio, and written content showcasing builders using MongoDB.
- Build a portfolio of content based on performance data and strategy.
- Support the creation of tutorials, articles, videos, and workshops.
- Highlight contributions from team members, customers, and the community.
- Provide guidance and technical review of content.
- Ensure content is visible and influential to builders and agents.
- Serve as the voice of the builder for product feedback.
- Partner with the Community Team for user group engagement.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to highlight customer success stories.
- Engage with the community at meetups, events, and hackathons.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in a builder role such as software engineer or architect.
- Expertise in building data solutions with MongoDB or related technologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, preferably Python or JavaScript.
- Experience as a prolific author of technical content.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare for and conduct engaging on-camera discussions.
- Active user of AI-assisted coding tools with opinions on best practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 33% for community and customer engagements.
