Base Salary
$120k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship new user-facing features using modern web technologies.
- Contribute to technical decisions across the full stack with a focus on frontend architecture.
- Integrate backend Rails services with modern frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to incorporate advanced features.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to meet user needs.
- Provide guidance through code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Improve application reliability and performance using monitoring tools.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack capabilities with expertise in modern web technologies.
- Proficient in frontend engineering with JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
- Solid backend skills with strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services for application deployment.
- Understanding of observability practices and tools.
- Experience optimizing performance across frontend and backend.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a remote-first team.
