Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models for natural-language understanding and generation.
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable, efficient large language models.
- Design and tune neural network architectures and optimize model parameters for accuracy and performance.
- Evaluate and refine model performance against project goals.
- Apply large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Troubleshoot complex model deployment and integration issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and mentor team members through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for improved accuracy and performance.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Capability to troubleshoot model deployment and integration issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
