Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute new game features.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver player experiences.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development.
  • Improve code performance by reducing load times and improving frame rates.
  • Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, technical discussions, and roadmap planning.
  • Write documentation and follow coding standards.
  • Contribute to plugin integration and potentially work across client and server codebases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the video games industry.
  • Proficiency in Unity, C#, C++, and 3D math used in games.
  • Experience working with player-focused cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with plugin integration.
  • Knowledge of native Android and iOS development.
  • Preferred experience includes technical planning, solution research, proposals, implementation, Unreal, client/server codebases, scalable data systems, profiling, optimization, debugging, metrics, analytics, and CI/CD build pipelines.
