Base Salary
$184k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions as part of a collaborative team for federal government projects.
- Design and operate Kubernetes and container platforms for mission-critical workloads.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Participate in Agile execution, planning, and continuous improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in complex environments.
- Communicate platform status, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain customer trust through technical expertise.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- Technical certifications required include Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Terraform Associate.
- Possess DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role.
- 6+ years of experience in systems or DevOps engineering, with 3 years in Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining container orchestration platforms.
- Hands-on experience ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of containerized environments.
- Operational experience managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes ecosystem tooling including Rancher, Helm, and Docker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
