Base Salary
$150k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify and eliminate developer friction points through documentation, tooling, and automation.
- Lead large-scale initiatives by writing RFCs and executing architectural changes.
- Profile and resolve performance bottlenecks across client rendering, GraphQL, and database queries.
- Improve code quality by authoring custom lint rules and maintaining CI workflows.
- Upgrade and maintain critical dependencies across a large dependency graph.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with Node/TypeScript, React, React Native, GraphQL, and Postgres.
- Passion for performance and observability, with experience in GitHub Actions and E2E testing frameworks.
- Comfortable working across the full stack and diving deep into unfamiliar systems.
- Experience leading or participating in large-scale codebase migrations.
- Curious about new tools and technologies, eager to share knowledge through documentation.
- Ability to measure and improve developer feedback loops.
