Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage opportunities for automation and systems improvement across GTM workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and AI-enabled processes using no-code/low-code tools.
- Build and optimize integrations across Salesforce and connected GTM systems.
- Partner with various teams to understand business pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop internal tools and applications to improve data access and workflow execution.
- Implement governance and monitoring frameworks to enhance GTM data quality.
- Evaluate new vendors and platforms with a build vs. buy mindset.
- Ensure systems and workflows are well documented and maintainable.
- Define best practices for AI application within GTM operations.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase leverage.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems, or similar roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including automation and integrations.
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and similar platforms.
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows for business teams.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for API integrations and automations.
- Strong understanding of GTM team operations across various functions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
