Base Salary

$80k - $133k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Discover customer needs and develop geospatial solutions for electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, and telecommunications industries
  • Configure ArcGIS applications, tools, and information models for industry-specific uses
  • Identify and document ArcGIS Solution configuration and usage patterns
  • Create and maintain product documentation, enablement materials, briefs, presentations, and other customer-facing content
  • Contribute to product design to improve usability and customer experience
  • Collaborate with customers, software development, business development, and professional services teams
  • Design and author test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability
  • Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report findings
  • Assess product quality and release readiness while maintaining existing ArcGIS Solutions
  • Present and promote solutions to internal and external audiences

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the utilities, infrastructure, or telecommunications industries with experience applying ArcGIS to industry workflows
  • Experience implementing and using ArcGIS Utility Networks
  • Ability to document and build GIS workflows
  • Bachelor’s degree in geography or a related field
  • Knowledge of utility data management, asset management, and related workflows is preferred
  • Electric utility GIS experience is preferred
  • Data modeling experience is preferred
  • Programming experience with scripting languages such as Python or Arcade is preferred
  • Experience with ArcGIS Pro and configuring web-based GIS applications is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, written communication, and verbal communication skills
