Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate a cloud runtime for integrations with durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and resilient recovery.
- Develop infrastructure for coding agents that write, test, and deploy integration code in production.
- Design observability across logs, metrics, and tracing for integrations and agents.
- Build and maintain single-tenant, self-hostable product deployments.
- Own infrastructure and platform decisions end to end and establish engineering practices for future infrastructure hires.
- Ship production systems regularly and help grow the team responsible for the infrastructure domain.
Requirements
- Three to nine years of professional software engineering experience, including at least three years in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
- Production experience operating, scaling, and debugging Kubernetes.
- End-to-end ownership experience of cloud infrastructure or a platform.
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience and strong understanding of production observability across logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Experience using AI coding agents effectively while applying sound production engineering judgment.
- A completed or in-progress engineering, computer science, or quantitative degree and strong technical fundamentals.
- Experience building self-hosted, single-tenant product deployments is valuable.
Benefits
- Base salary of $175,000 to $300,000 annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
- On-site five days per week in San Francisco, California.
- Candidates based elsewhere in the United States must have a concrete plan to relocate to San Francisco.
