Responsibilities
- 创建并执行测试计划和自动化脚本，以根据功能和性能要求验证嵌入式软件。
- 测试实时系统并验证固件行为、通信协议、数据交换和安全要求。
- 构建验证框架并将自动化测试集成到持续集成/持续交付流程中。
- 分析缺陷，与开发团队协作推动问题解决并提升产品质量。
- 编写脚本自动化重复性测试任务和数据分析 ，并管理测试代码。
- 为团队成员提供测试方法、复杂技术问题和知识分享方面的指导。
Requirements
- 具备中级嵌入式软件工程能力，能够测试实时系统并验证固件行为。
- 具备中级测试自动化能力，能够构建可扩展的自动化测试框架。
- 具备通信协议、持续集成、网络安全、系统架构、脚本编写和版本控制方面的中级能力。
- 具备诊断和解决跨越硬件与软件的复杂问题的能力。
- 具备跨职能协作、沟通、批判性思维以及设计全面测试覆盖的能力。
- 具有指导他人和分享知识以提升团队表现的经验。
