Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management services for privileged accounts, secure resource access, credential management, session management, zero-standing-privilege, just-in-time access, and identity analytics.
- Drive and manage Non-Human Identity Management, including NHI discovery, ownership attestation, and risk reduction.
- Evaluate IAM-related product suites and tools to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement enterprise security standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Ensure IAM services comply with policies, change-control processes, IT risk management, and compliance programs.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Audit, and Compliance executives on IAM-related internal and external audits, including SOX, COBIT, and IT controls.
- Support risk prioritization, security initiative planning, regulatory compliance guidance, and governance controls for IT projects.
- Lead technical teams in delivering IAM-related capabilities and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 10+ years of combined IT and security work experience with broad IAM exposure, including more than 5 years designing and deploying enterprise IAM solutions.
- Experience managing non-human identities in a large and complex enterprise.
- Experience designing, managing, and supporting IAM and PAM products, including BeyondTrust, MFA, SIEM, Azure Entra, Active Directory, Linux, and PowerShell.
- Experience leading technical teams in a large and complex environment.
- Successful implementation of security control frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 17799, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, and PCI.
- Required certification in a relevant information security area such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP, or equivalent business experience in a matrix organization.
