Base Salary
$162k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and complex platform opportunities by architecting technology solution strategies that achieve customer objectives.
- Identify and analyze key systems, dependencies, and integration points, and develop solution maps.
- Provide expert guidance to sales and deal teams on differentiating with Workday technology.
- Collaborate with Value Management, Services, and Customer Success Management teams to create sustainable customer relationships.
- Travel up to 50%.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience applying cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards.
- At least 7 years of enterprise software solution consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- At least 7 years of experience delivering compelling presentations in person and virtually and communicating technical concepts and strategic initiatives.
- Experience with SaaS business applications and multiple industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, and High Tech.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong multi-pillar solution and product knowledge, influencing, consultative selling, value selling, customer relationship, and Workday product demonstration skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and engage effectively with C-level executives.
