Base Salary
$173k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data.
- Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs and related techniques.
- Own delivery from scope/design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
- Solve ambiguous, technically challenging problems with scalable solutions.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to shape requirements.
- Improve performance, reliability, and overall product quality at enterprise scale.
- Contribute to strong engineering culture through code review and tooling improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production full-stack web applications.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in product development.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving work independently.
- Product-minded with a focus on UX and customer outcomes.
- Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.
- Ownership mindset and bias for action.
- Experience with modern web frameworks like Rails, React, Postgres, or AWS.
