Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to technical transformation, migration, industrialization, and optimization projects.
- Migrate CI/CD tooling from Jenkins to Azure DevOps, deploy FluxCD, and automate delivery processes.
- Design, administer, and optimize Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
- Ensure infrastructure security, high availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Automate configuration management and deployments to improve release reliability and quality.
- Optimize and secure Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, and Oracle environments.
- Support hybrid cloud and multi-OS architecture consistency.
- Advise project teams on technical architecture and maintain associated technical documentation.
- Map and document applications with security teams and the CISO.
- Support operational continuity, incident management, releases, supervision, performance, and monitoring for RUN teams.
Requirements
- Solid expertise in DevOps, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency with continuous integration and deployment tools, especially Azure DevOps and FluxCD.
- Confirmed experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Excellent scripting and automation skills with Bash and PowerShell.
- Good knowledge of cloud environments and hybrid architectures.
- Agile experience, GitOps and Test Driven Development knowledge, Kafka expertise, and familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, or ELK are advantages.
