Base Salary
$150k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build developer tools and Python SDK experiences that enhance developer productivity.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Python libraries used by a broad user base.
- Work directly with customers to help solve their problems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing high-quality Python libraries with broad user bases.
- Experience maintaining open-source software is ideal.
- Knowledge of advanced Python features, especially asynchronous programming.
- Strong product sense focused on developer ergonomics and productivity.
- Customer empathy, communication skills, and willingness to work directly with users to solve problems.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
- Familiarity with modern data, machine learning, or AI tools and workflows is a plus.
- Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Rust is a plus.
