Base Salary
$150k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality Python libraries for a broad user base.
- Enhance developer productivity through beautiful interface design.
- Collaborate directly with users to address their needs and improve tools.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing Python libraries, preferably open-source.
- Knowledge of advanced Python features, especially async programming.
- Strong product sense focused on developer ergonomics and productivity.
- High level of customer empathy and good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in-person in NYC or Stockholm office.
- Familiarity with modern data, ML, or AI tools is a plus.
- Experience with Typescript, Go, or Rust is a plus.
