Base Salary
$153k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in architectural discussions and system design.
- Investigate and experiment with machine learning frameworks and large language models to address technical challenges.
- Design, code, test, and deploy features through the full development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, Data, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Help evolve distributed systems operating at a scale of 2 trillion analytics events per day.
- Participate in team matching discussions with engineering managers across Roblox.
Requirements
- Pursuing or possessing an undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with software engineering concepts through coursework, internships, personal projects, or previous roles.
- Proficiency in one or more of C#, Lua, Java, Go, Node.js, Ruby, Python, C++, and Swift.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous challenges, collaborate across the company, and develop proficiency in coding standards.
- Candidates may face restrictions related to certain United States work authorization categories and future H-1B sponsorship.
