Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement core engineering features for the Embedded Accountancy project.
- Optimize backend logic and maintain coding standards across financial integration systems.
- Ensure data integrity in financial workflows and integrated systems.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and cross-functional engineering planning.
- Translate complex requirements into clean, manageable, and performant code.
Requirements
- Commercial experience working as a Software Engineer.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, modern backend languages, and database design.
- Exposure to APIs, data pipelines, accounting ledger logic, or cloud-native platform services.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, manageable, and performant code.
- Willingness or ability to work from or near the Norwich Head Office, Unit 7.
