Responsibilities
- Develop scalable cloud applications and distributed systems.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the software development process.
- Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
- Influence technical decisions and optimize system designs.
- Advocate for product features that address customer needs and track product adoption and success metrics.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and automate testing.
- Stay current with software development practices and coach others as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2–4 years of experience, or a master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 0 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Golang, or C/C++.
- Ability to reason about application scalability and cloud environments.
- Ability to architect and design distributed systems.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to resolve complex technical problems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
