Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing on web and native applications and analyze results.
- Find, localize, report, and monitor software defects through resolution.
- Communicate with analysts, developers, architects, and other product team members.
- Create, review, and update test plans and test cases.
- Follow and improve existing testing processes.
- Use bug tracking systems and test management tools effectively.
- Apply testing methods and techniques based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Collaborate on quality assurance within the team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical QA role.
- Experience performing manual testing using user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Proficiency with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Understanding of testing methods, techniques, and Agile Scrum workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of HTTP and debugging practices is preferred.
- Understanding of REST APIs and tools such as Postman is preferred.
- Experience testing API integrations and web-based applications is preferred.
- QA courses or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- A degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
