Responsibilities
- Support senior implementation leads during customer deployments.
- Assist in gathering requirements from customer stakeholders and documenting lab processes.
- Help coordinate project tasks and track milestones for on-time delivery.
- Assist with configuring LIMS/QC workflows and aligning configurations with ASTM-based testing.
- Support instrument integration tasks and document workflow configurations.
- Assist in delivering training sessions for lab teams across varying technical skill levels.
- Help create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical and process-related issues during implementation.
- Learn to identify opportunities to improve lab workflows and data quality.
- Actively participate in team learning and build domain expertise in refinery lab operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of laboratory experience in a refinery, petrochemical, or related lab environment.
- Foundational knowledge of ASTM-aligned lab testing practices or quality systems.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn customer-facing responsibilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% across North America.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
