Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate the vault pipeline to reduce item processing time.
- Design and build workflows for non-card asset classes.
- Architect the infrastructure for Vault-as-a-Service.
- Optimize imaging and digitization processes.
- Take features from design to polished UI.
- Mentor and elevate the Vault team through code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend experience with Python, Postgres, and AWS.
- Frontend experience with React, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven track record of owning features from design to production.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- User-first mindset with attention to UX and performance.
- Familiarity with collectibles or alternative asset marketplaces is a bonus.
