Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for CIAM, Consent and Preference Management, and AI and Automation platforms.
- Design and build scalable, cloud-native customer-facing solutions using .NET, React, React Native, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern API architectures.
- Implement identity, authentication, authorization, delegated access, and secure agent workflows for web, mobile, machine-to-machine, and AI-agent use cases.
- Develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI, large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector retrieval, and agent orchestration patterns.
- Mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, champion modern development practices, and collaborate across teams and with external vendors.
- Invest in automated testing and deployment pipelines while supporting production scale, uptime, observability, and rapid issue resolution.
- Maintain technical backlogs and serve as a subject matter expert for core systems and their maintenance and support.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of software development experience is required.
- Two to four years leading multi-developer projects is required; two to four years as a lead or subject matter expert is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, React Native, Auth0, Kubernetes, and Docker is required.
- Experience with CIAM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, MFA, WebAuthn, API security, and identity lifecycle management is required.
- Experience with identity and authorization for agentic AI, including delegated access, service-to-service access, and secure agent workflows, is required.
- Experience with OpenAI, large language model application integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector-based retrieval, grounding, and AI agent architecture is required or strongly preferred.
- Experience with Consent and Preference Management is desired, with Cassie experience preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted software development, prompting techniques, and emerging generative AI capabilities is preferred.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, architecture influence, cross-team collaboration, and engineering mentorship is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or commensurate experience, is preferred.
