Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for customer identity and access management, consent and preference management, and AI automation platforms.
- Design and build scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, machine-to-machine, and agentic AI use cases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, delegated access, identity lifecycle, API security, and secure AI-agent workflows.
- Develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector retrieval, and agent orchestration.
- Mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, promote modern development practices, and support high-performing teams.
- Collaborate across engineering towers, product management, solutions architecture, external vendors, and shared services.
- Drive automated testing, deployment pipelines, production reliability, scalability, observability, and rapid issue resolution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and help maintain the technical backlog for the agile team.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of software development experience.
- 2–4 years of experience leading multi-developer projects.
- Hands-on development experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core backend services.
- Frontend and mobile development experience with React and React Native.
- Experience with Auth0, CIAM patterns, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, MFA, and WebAuthn.
- Experience with identity and authorization for agentic AI, including delegated access, service-to-service access, and secure agent workflows.
- Experience with consent and preference management; Cassie experience is preferred.
- Experience deploying cloud-native applications with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and automated security controls.
- Experience integrating OpenAI and large language model applications, including RAG, vector retrieval, grounding, and AI-agent architecture.
- Knowledge of AI-agent observability, security, governance, API security, production reliability, scalability, and zero-trust design.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development, prompting techniques, and emerging generative AI capabilities is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field is preferred, with commensurate experience accepted.
