Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology solution delivery for commercial lending products across loan origination, servicing, and delivery.
- Advise leadership and make architecture and solution design decisions for complex enterprise business needs.
- Provide hands-on design, coding, code reviews, technical guidance, and resolution of highly complex engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with architecture, platform, technology leadership, product, program, and scrum teams on technical strategies, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery.
- Conduct proofs of concept, evaluate emerging technologies, and enable innovation through technical leadership.
- Drive platform stability, performance, operational efficiency, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI, automation, and data engineering capabilities to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 7+ years of experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, Python, Scala, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- 7+ years of experience with Angular 16, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX.
- 3+ years of Teradata and Unix experience.
- 2+ years of AI technology implementation experience and experience working in Agile environments.
- 2+ years of experience with Teradata Utilities, load/unload processes, BigQuery, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, relational database design, SQL development, and performance tuning.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience using Power Query.
- Desired qualifications include experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube, Ansible, shell scripting, F5, AVI, Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, Apache Spark, and enterprise ETL technologies.
- Preferred background includes cloud-native application modernization, enterprise data engineering and analytics platforms, AI-driven automation, intelligent workflows, secure and highly available enterprise solutions, and financial services technology.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and technical leadership skills are preferred.
