Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology solution delivery for commercial lending products across loan origination, servicing, and delivery.
- Advise leadership and make architecture decisions for complex, large-scale enterprise technology solutions.
- Provide hands-on design, coding, code reviews, proof-of-concept development, and day-to-day guidance to development teams.
- Shape technical strategies, roadmaps, product delivery priorities, and capability dependencies with architecture, platform, product, and technology leadership teams.
- Direct scrum teams based on business value delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to align implementation with business goals and timelines.
- Drive platform stability, performance, technical debt reduction, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Leverage AI, automation, and data engineering capabilities to improve business outcomes and enable innovation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 7+ years of experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, Python, Scala, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- 7+ years of experience with Angular 16, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX.
- 3+ years of Teradata and Unix experience.
- 2+ years of AI technology implementation experience, Agile environment experience, Teradata Utilities and load/unload processes, BigQuery, database development, SQL performance tuning, and Microsoft Excel with Power Query.
- 2+ years of database experience with Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, and relational database design.
- Desired qualifications include experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle, SonarQube, Ansible, Shell Scripting, F5, AVI, Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, Apache Spark, Ab Initio, Informatica, and DataStage.
- Desired qualifications include experience with cloud modernization, enterprise data engineering and analytics platforms, AI-driven automation, secure and highly available enterprise solutions, and financial services technology.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and technical leadership skills are required.
