Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI strategy, technology adoption, and complex engineering initiatives.
- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration, planning, and tool-based execution.
- Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions spanning front-end applications, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
- Build and scale AI-powered virtual assistants, agent assist solutions, and workflow automation systems.
- Design RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI evaluation mechanisms.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and external systems.
- Establish software engineering, AI governance, and platform reliability practices.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and ensure scalable, reusable, enterprise-aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python.
- At least 5 years of experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI or conversational AI solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience or strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
- At least 1 year of experience with LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar tools is desired.
- Experience with Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar Generative AI platforms is desired.
- Background in contact center or conversational AI domains, including IVR, IVA, or Agent Assist, is desired.
- Experience designing multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, and tool orchestration is desired.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and enterprise compliance practices is desired.
- Ability to influence across organizations and communicate complex technical concepts is desired.
