Responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership and influence enterprise-wide technology strategy and AI adoption.
- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration, planning, and tool-based execution.
- Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions spanning front-end applications, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
- Build and scale AI-powered applications such as virtual assistants, agent-assist solutions, and workflow automation systems.
- Design RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI evaluation mechanisms.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and external systems.
- Establish software engineering, AI governance, and platform reliability best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI or conversational AI solutions.
- At least 1 year of experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
- At least 1 year of experience with LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Preferred background in contact-center or conversational AI domains, including IVR, IVA, or Agent Assist.
- Preferred experience designing multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, and tool orchestration.
- Preferred knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and enterprise compliance practices.
- Ability to influence across organizations and communicate complex technical concepts.
