Base Salary
$62k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop container management software and support critical cloud platforms.
- Build and support AWS DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build container images and orchestrate deployments in Kubernetes.
- Implement infrastructure as code, automated configurations, large-scale deployments, monitoring, and testing.
- Manage tools deployed with Helm and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Develop and support custom applications in production environments.
- Evaluate container security vulnerabilities and implement mitigation or resolution strategies.
- Recommend resources and inform strategy and design for secure container adoption.
- Identify and implement automation that improves user experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building and supporting AWS DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- At least 4 years of experience with containerization, image building, and Kubernetes deployment orchestration.
- At least 4 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code environments and automated configurations, deployments, monitoring, or testing.
- At least 3 years of experience managing Helm-deployed tools and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and supporting custom applications in production.
- Knowledge of container networking, monitoring, storage solutions, and container security technologies.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within six months of hire.
- Preferred experience includes Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby scripting; system integration using JSON, REST, and XML; JSON, YAML, or XML configuration; OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model or DevSecOps Maturity Model; and cloud certifications.
