Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot product models for ABB Electrification Distribution Solution and Service products.
- Develop product models based on requirements from Product Managers, Sales Configurators Portfolio Managers, and Engineers.
- Structure product models to support high-quality change management and simplify future maintenance.
- Collaborate with IS and business stakeholders to deliver an efficient and user-friendly sales configurator solution.
- Work with the platform supplier or implementation partner to maintain product model integrity as the platform evolves.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and fix problems reported by users.
- Contribute to the overall sales configurator development process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product modeling and configuration within sales configurator tools.
- Experience with software development processes and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, Python, Java, or similar.
- Ability to work as a collaborative team member with an independent and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile and changing environment.
- Knowledge of ABB’s Distribution Solution and Service division portfolio is a plus.
- Experience with sales configurator platforms such as Tacton or Configit ACE is a plus.
