Base Salary

$105k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, business partners, and engineering teams to solve complex problems in the partner integration platform.
  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and execute software development strategies for platform components.
  • Write feature code and automated tests, review pull requests, and champion software development and deployment best practices.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Own and support production services, high-volume workloads, and incident management.
  • Act as a technical project lead and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use data to measure success, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language; Go is preferred and .NET is a plus.
  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, available, and reliable production systems.
  • Strong Test-Driven Development experience, including unit, functional, integration, and load testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer science data structures and algorithms.
  • Understanding of security best practices, including certificates and encryption.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, distributed applications, service integrations, and communication standards.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD with infrastructure as code, plus familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, and Kubernetes operators.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, or CircleCI; Terraform and Ansible knowledge is a plus.
  • At least 4 years of professional software development experience, 3 years of architecture and design experience, 3 years with Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid data centers, and 2 years with open-source frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
