Responsibilities
- Consult enterprise customers on GPU infrastructure and AI platform usage.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and early-stage implementation, including mentoring customer specialists.
- Design and implement Proofs of Concept with environment setup, data-processing pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and tailored architectures.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, validation, and integration of LLM, GPU, and AI pipeline workloads.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
- Develop automation concepts to improve services, processes, and operating models.
- Apply reliability, scalability, security, monitoring, observability, and capacity-planning best practices to AI workloads and GPU utilization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure and Kubernetes container technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Python or Bash scripting.
- Expert knowledge of Ansible, Salt-stack, Terraform, and Helm automation and deployment tools.
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD in Kubernetes environments, repository management, Git, GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong experience with Linux OS, monitoring, and visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- English proficiency at B2 level; German is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic project-management and leadership skills and intermediate quality-management skills.
