Responsibilities
- Consult enterprise customers on GPU infrastructure and AI platform usage.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and early-stage implementation.
- Design and implement Proofs of Concept, including environment setup, data-processing pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and tailored architectures.
- Support workload integration, LLM deployment, GPU optimization, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and solution validation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
- Develop automation concepts and apply best practices for reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support monitoring, observability, capacity planning, and GPU-utilization optimization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure and Kubernetes container technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Python or Bash scripting.
- Expert knowledge of Ansible, Salt-stack, Terraform, and Helm automation and deployment tools.
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD in Kubernetes environments and repository management.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong Linux OS experience.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring and visualization tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level; German is advantageous.
- Good communication, analytical, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills, with basic project-management and leadership capabilities.
