Responsibilities
- Take on the Scrum Master role for an agile development team.
- Ensure an effective Scrum process, including Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospective events.
- Identify and address impediments, conflicts, and inefficient workflows.
- Support continuous improvement of team collaboration and processes.
- Develop embedded software for satellite onboard systems in C.
- Implement robust communication stacks and onboard protocols.
- Contribute to architecture topics including data flows, communication paths, and real-time mechanisms.
- Support testing, validation, and verification activities for space software.
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, project manager, and adjacent areas.
