Responsibilities
- Design, support, and administer the SailPoint IdentityIQ environment, including workflows, applications, certifications, rules, tasks, forms, and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IdentityIQ issues and coordinate resolution with vendor support.
- Maintain the application Git repository and ensure effective version control and deployment practices.
- Design and maintain processes for administering Active Directory accounts, groups, and mailboxes.
- Develop self-service access management tools and contribute technical expertise to IAM initiatives.
- Support Active Directory migration efforts and participate in the on-call rotation for critical IAM services.
- Author departmental and project standards, serve as an IAM subject matter expert, and lead team goals and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- At least 4 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
- Strong understanding of the IdentityIQ framework, including databases, servers, Tomcat, and APIs.
- Ability to read, write, and understand XML and BeanShell.
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership or supervision during limited engagements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with shifting priorities and high operational tempo.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with connectors and integration modules, IAM certification and governance practices, other IAM tools, ServiceNow, and ITIL certification.
