Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production GenAI solutions, including copilots, workflow automation, knowledge assistants, and agentic systems.
- Define reusable standards and services for agent development, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, MCP integration, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Establish enterprise patterns for access control, guardrails, evaluation, observability, cost and latency management, reliability, and scalability.
- Build and assess production-viable prototypes for emerging technologies and validate their feasibility, security, operability, and scale.
- Interpret business requirements and design integrated technical solutions across multiple systems and business areas.
- Provide technical oversight and coaching to multiple project teams and development squads, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate architecture and design reviews, proof-of-concept exercises, technical assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, business teams, vendors, security teams, and operational service lines on technology strategy and delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- 14 years of work experience, including 10 years designing and implementing business-critical applications in multi-region environments and 1 year of deep exposure to LLM-based business applications.
- At least 7 years of software development experience, preferably on multitenant or SaaS projects, plus experience working as a Solution Architect.
- Hands-on ability to build reference implementations, unblock teams, and use AI coding assistants such as Claude and Cursor safely in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with GenAI development platforms, agent patterns, RAG, tool use, planning, memory, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Experience building or managing MCP ecosystems, including registries, access, versioning, performance, and cost controls.
- Advanced expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with knowledge of cloud-native technologies, Azure and AWS application services, and serverless solutions.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python and TypeScript, and familiarity with software development lifecycles, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and application integration platforms.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, data integration patterns, architectural patterns, and styles.
- Advanced understanding of LLM concepts and frameworks, including agents, vector databases, graph databases, RAG, MoE, guardrails, HITL, RFHL, LlamaIndex, and Unstructured.
- Strong analytical, collaboration, communication, estimation, prioritization, mentoring, stakeholder-management, and continuous-learning abilities.
