Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to shape product vision and strategy and solve business problems.
- Develop long-term system architecture for scalable Finance as a Service products.
- Deep dive into technical challenges and deliver highly maintainable systems.
- Serve as a technical leader who delivers projects despite complex constraints.
- Mentor, grow, and support team members.
- Use data to guide architecture decisions and manage business priorities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 3 years of video game industry experience supporting title development, release, or live operations.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
