Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, code, test, maintain, enhance, and develop application components across client projects.
- Perform case triaging, issue reproduction, application troubleshooting, and bug validation.
- Communicate with partners, BDMs, engineers, product-area leads, SMEs, translators, and reviewers to progress cases and defects.
- Raise cases, bugs, and product trends requiring attention and follow up on bug communications through resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SLA milestones and route CJK case drafts to translators and applicable drafts to peer reviewers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Android application development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Android application development experience, including Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and Android APIs and libraries.
- Mandatory experience with Android games and relevant C++ or C# plus Unity or Unreal experience.
- Familiarity with Jetpack, Retrofit, Dagger, JSON, SQLite, and other database systems.
- Ability to analyze application code, troubleshoot issues, test applications, research defects, and debug effectively.
- Preferred background in computer science, tech support, customer service engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to learn new Android APIs and libraries.
Benefits
- Rotational shifts are required: 6:00 PM–4:00 AM for three months and 9:00 AM–6:00 PM for the remaining nine months.
- Position is based at the Bengaluru or Gurgaon client office.
