Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture, solution design, feature implementation, and root-cause analysis across complex enterprise software products.
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, APIs, messaging, and database schemas.
- Design containerized microservice architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scale AI-assisted engineering practices with Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot, including refactoring, test generation, documentation, and agent workflows.
- Architect end-to-end testing and automated validation for unit, integration, performance, security, and AI/ML-enabled features.
- Monitor production application performance and establish observability, logging, alerting, and performance metrics.
- Define technical standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices while mentoring engineers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and UX leads to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Support the Agile Requirements Designer, Service Virtualization, and Test Data Manager enterprise products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 12 years of hands-on software development experience in full-stack enterprise product engineering.
- Proven technical leadership delivering enterprise software products using Java/Spring Boot, React, and Docker.
- Expert-level proficiency with Cursor IDE, Claude Code CLI, and GitHub Copilot in daily development workflows.
- Experience with distributed systems, scalable architecture, complex problem solving, system design, and performance tuning.
- Ability to mentor engineers, drive architectural standards, communicate technically, and deliver business value.
- Knowledge of testing strategies, secure coding, security baselines, AI-assisted development, and AI/ML feature validation.
