Base Salary
$230k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship end-to-end workflows across the software stack.
- Take features into production and solve real-world problems at significant scale.
- Raise the bar for code quality and technical decision-making as an early technical steward.
- Establish engineering patterns, tools, mental models, and platforms that support company growth.
- Talk to and visit customers in the field to understand their needs and solve meaningful problems.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills in languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Strong engineering ability, ideally developed in startup environments.
- Familiarity with storage and data-processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and maintain a high quality bar.
- Curiosity, customer empathy, accountability, and comfort with rapid learning and failure are valued.
