Base Salary
$169k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan and evolve processes and infrastructure supporting rapid capability maturation and deployment.
- Define and implement build, deployment, provisioning, monitoring, configuration-management, code-quality, and code-coverage standards.
- Develop automated CI/CD pipelines and delivery environments using scripts, templates, and infrastructure-management frameworks.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and support operating systems, applications, system-management tools, and infrastructure.
- Evaluate application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions with development teams.
- Oversee security, backup, and redundancy strategies and collaborate with vendors and IT personnel on problem resolution.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- An active, current, and in-scope U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and CI polygraph are required at application, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, 10 years with a master’s degree, 8 years with a PhD, or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and provisioning technology.
- CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT/IAM II certification.
- Administration experience with Linux or related operating systems.
- Experience in an Agile software development framework.
- Experience with at least one preferred technology, including Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Azure Bicep/ARM templates, Pulumi, OpenTofu, Kubernetes, AWS, Flux, Helm, DynamoDB, NATS, Big Bang, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo.
