Responsibilities
- Build, experiment with, and iterate on production-ready software that addresses meaningful customer problems.
- Use AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, automate repetitive work, and explore technical solutions.
- Own features and services from idea and design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers during product discovery and delivery.
- Identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, prototype when needed, and turn ambiguous problems into working software.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience building production-grade software.
- Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
- Proven ability to own features or services from design through production.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- A builder mindset, product orientation, initiative, and ability to solve ambiguous problems are expected.
