Responsibilities
- Understand complex systems and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems.
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using Java technologies.
- Design new features from scratch based on requirements and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Keep current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing backend systems in Python.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience designing and implementing complex algorithms.
- Experience adapting quickly to new technologies and evolving methodologies.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude, or Gemini, including prompt engineering for development tasks.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and communicate and collaborate effectively.
