Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end performance modeling and analysis for next-generation CPUs.
- Identify architectural bottlenecks, ensure system correctness, and implement optimization strategies across the hardware-software stack.
- Design, develop, and maintain software modeling tools and simulation environments.
- Use C++, Python, and experimental AI-driven methodologies for deep-dive studies and analytical workflow automation.
- Collaborate with hardware and software CPU architecture teams, the SoC performance modeling team, and other Google software teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of software development experience in C++.
