Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a high-performance Linux user-space Agent across Linux distributions and cloud environments.
- Lead features and tasks end to end, including design, task breakdown, implementation, testing, and on-time delivery.
- Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot multithreaded user-space components, IPC mechanisms, and data processing pipelines.
- Investigate unfamiliar domains, third-party database architectures, and complex codebases using AI coding and research tools.
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Product Management, and Support teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5-6+ years of hands-on C/C++ software development experience in Linux environments.
- Strong experience with multithreaded and object-oriented programming in C/C++.
- Ability to independently learn unfamiliar technologies and use AI coding assistants, agents, and LLMs for research, debugging, and development.
- Ability to own work independently, switch between feature development, performance optimization, and bug investigation, and deliver tasks on schedule.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
