Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers building distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Design and implement large-scale, distributed, cloud-native systems with demanding reliability and performance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and shape system architecture, technology direction, platform roadmaps, and shared-services strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and product leaders to deliver cloud-based solutions.
- Mentor engineers, support professional development, and influence enterprise-wide technical standards and design practices.
- Use programming languages, databases, container orchestration, and AWS services to build solutions addressing business and regulatory needs.
- Lead architectural design reviews, establish coding standards, and implement observability and reliability practices at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience, excluding internship experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 9 or more years coding with multiple listed languages, and substantial experience with open-source frameworks, front-end frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, Git-based version control, cloud troubleshooting, observability, reliability, and technical team mentoring.
- Experience influencing technology strategy, leading cross-functional engineering efforts, driving large-scale technical initiatives, and using modern AI-based coding tools and interactive AI tooling.
