$250k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build modular Claude Skills that connect to core systems.
- Create clean abstractions for non-technical users to compose workflows.
- Ship autonomous AI agents for sales, marketing, and operations.
- Establish and maintain the AI development environment.
- Design for composability between AI components.
Requirements
- Experience building AI agents that operate autonomously in production.
- Fluency in coding with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on user needs.
- Ability to think in composable systems and design well-structured outputs.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and startup environments.
