Responsibilities
- Design and develop core pipeline components for the Ark MaaS platform and its multimodal model-serving APIs.
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures involving load balancing, intelligent routing, canary releases, traffic degradation, circuit breaking, and rate limiting.
- Optimize large-model multimodal inference for long connections, high throughput, streaming output, and low latency.
- Ensure system stability and resolve architectural bottlenecks during large-scale model invocation and sudden traffic surges.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited and reputable institution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing and operating distributed systems on Linux.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages among Golang, Python, C, C++, Java, Scala, and JavaScript.
- Strong technical design and coding skills, with the ability to balance technical, product, hardware performance, stability, and teamwork considerations.
- Preferred: familiarity with Function Calling, MCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Istio, and Envoy.
- Preferred: hands-on experience building agents, understanding of multimodal data processing and storage, or practical experience with LLM inference pipelines and large-model engineering systems.
- ACM ICPC or Codeforces winners are preferred.
