Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and support Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, REMS, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, page layouts, dynamic forms, permission sets, validation rules, custom objects, and metadata configuration.
- Support case management, patient and HCP engagement, enrollment, REMS operations, documentation workflows, surveys, and service operations.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions with business analysts and product owners.
- Partner with QA and validation teams on test planning, defect resolution, regression testing, and release evidence.
- Troubleshoot production issues involving Salesforce configuration, automation, access, data, and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, sprint ceremonies, and release-readiness activities.
- Document system functionality, technical designs, configuration decisions, and support procedures.
- Follow standards for secure development, least-privilege access, auditability, data protection, and regulated platform delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce development or administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, permission sets, custom objects, validation rules, and platform configuration.
- Experience supporting Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, or similar CRM business processes.
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce defects and supporting production users.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing, and role hierarchy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Health Cloud Accredited Professional credentials are preferred.
- Experience with REMS, patient services, healthcare, life sciences, contact center, regulated workflows, and enterprise technical documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SFDX, Git, and Salesforce deployment tools is preferred.
