Base Salary
$144k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and scale Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI workflows across various platforms.
- Design systems that integrate AI tooling with operational data and user identity services.
- Author technical documentation to align MCP features with enterprise use cases.
- Build and maintain scalable automations and secure APIs to reduce operational overhead.
- Drive continuous improvement across automation platforms by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Enforce role-based access controls and SAML/SSO integrations with InfoSec and IT teams.
- Support audit readiness through traceable change management and data integrity practices.
- Attend cross-functional meetings to ensure engineering solutions align with company goals.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in software or systems engineering.
- Direct experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems.
- Hands-on experience designing AI-assisted automations with real business data.
- Strong experience with automation and orchestration platforms.
- Experience building pipelines using MCP or equivalent event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated experience integrating APIs across complex SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Ruby/Rails, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with common SaaS platforms and their APIs.
