Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide architecture and solution designs for new deals and major change requests.
- Provide technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, integration, and assurance of custom solutions.
- Analyze client requirements, technology environments, risks, costs, and tradeoffs to define target-state solutions and investment roadmaps.
- Document architectural designs, solution artifacts, frameworks, standards, metrics, and mitigation plans.
- Enable delivery teams through reusable tools, automation, architecture governance, quality assurance, and technical support.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, project, product, IT, and client teams during solution planning and delivery.
- Present and negotiate solution designs with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales and engagement activities.
- Develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, white papers, blogs, and points of view for growth and thought leadership.
- Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects and contribute to architecture practice activities and selection interviews.
- Manage team resourcing, onboarding, training, talent development, performance reviews, engagement, diversity, and attrition.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Mandatory technical experience with Icertis.
- Experience creating enterprise architecture and solution designs for scalable, reliable, and manageable systems.
- Ability to provide technical leadership across solution design, development, implementation, integration, and delivery assurance.
- Experience with client engagement, pre-sales solution presentation, stakeholder management, and trusted-advisor relationships.
- Ability to document architecture, evaluate risks and tradeoffs, define roadmaps, and establish technical and support metrics.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and managing team resourcing, performance, development, and engagement.
- Ability to develop proofs of concept, case studies, demos, and thought leadership materials.
