Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications.
- Perform full-stack development and contribute to application architecture, planning, demonstrations, and solution design.
- Refactor legacy code to improve quality while preserving functionality.
- Analyze requirements, prepare technical specifications, and collaborate with clients, functional subject-matter experts, project managers, and affected departments.
- Test and correct program errors, improve operating efficiency, and adapt applications to changing requirements.
- Develop and document application changes while supporting product quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, test automation, configuration management, and related program efforts.
- Analyze project problems and develop solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer.
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience, including some architecture.
- Experience with a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Java, SQL, Node.js, Express, Python, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development and proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with continuous delivery pipelines, software development lifecycle practices, debugging, and code tracing.
- Familiarity with DevOps or SecDevOps practices and established development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Preferred experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, jOOQ, PostgreSQL, Git, Java, Java application servers, and Agile software development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and interface with customers.
