Base Salary

$160k - $241k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ML workflow pipelines to train, optimize, validate, and deploy Nuro autonomy models.
  • Develop and maintain continuous testing and monitoring systems for core ML infrastructure components.
  • Build observability to track ML model lifecycles from data generation through on-road validation.
  • Maintain an in-house ML inference platform that efficiently serves large language models.
  • Maintain an in-house ML compiler platform to compile, deploy, and validate autonomy models across various hardware platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages and familiarity with C++.
  • Experience working with ML pipelines and the ability to understand and design complex distributed systems.
  • Strong performance, scalability, and code-quality standards.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ or other high-performance low-level languages is a bonus.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems, system and framework design, data workflow orchestration platforms, or ML compilers is a bonus.
