Responsibilities
- Design and deploy large-scale HPC and GPU infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other cloud or on-premises environments.
- Architect AI, machine learning, accelerated computing, LLM, agentic AI, and AI platform solutions from proof-of-concept through production.
- Develop automated frameworks for cluster provisioning, software installation, and infrastructure lifecycle management using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Partner with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders on solution architecture, cloud migration, AI transformation, and adoption strategies.
- Deliver customer workshops, architecture reviews, technical presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Sales, and strategic technology partners to resolve challenges and influence product direction.
- Create reusable technical assets including reference implementations, blogs, white papers, competitive materials, and demonstrations.
- Build relationships with AI technology partners to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer success.
- Experience designing cloud-based HPC, AI, or GPU solutions for enterprise customers and engaging technical and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or another leading public cloud platform.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of HPC cluster management platforms such as Slurm, PBS, or Bright Cluster Manager.
- Knowledge of RDMA, InfiniBand, MPI, distributed file systems, cloud-native architectures, AI/ML platforms, LLMs, inference services, and AI infrastructure.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include large GPU cluster experience with Kubernetes or Slurm, work with AI startups or research organizations, technical thought leadership, cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with UK and EMEA enterprise customers.
- English is required; additional European languages are advantageous.
